My first contact with coach Mayara was from Crossfit, and I really liked her dynamics. She corrects movements without being dull. She notices when you’re giving your best, but not at your 100% potential yet. She gives you feedback, progressive tips, and support so you can improve form and perform better.
Going into the personal training there were a lot of new things but the difference in my body was huge as well!
Mayara is very attentive yet cautious about the well being of her clients. I think our partnership works really well.
