My first contact with coach Mayara was from Crossfit, and I really liked her dynamics. She corrects movements without being dull. She notices when you’re giving your best, but not at your 100% potential yet. She gives you feedback, progressive tips, and support so you can improve form and perform better.
Going into the personal training there were a lot of new things but the difference in my body was huge as well!
Mayara is very attentive yet cautious about the well being of her clients. I think our partnership works really well.
Thank you for the support and for saving me from my couch life, I was totally sedentary and unsatisfied with my lifestyle. Now I have more energy and I’m ready for new challenges!

Mayara is a wonderful coach and cheerleader for you to reach your goals. She goes above and beyond to customize a program for your needs and restrictions.
I never thought I could get as strong and healthy as I did with working, military reserves, and a family. She was accommodating with the workout changes if kids were home sick or if we went on a vacation.
You will not be disappointed with Mayara’s workout programs! She is amaing!
