Cossack Squat with hip internal rotation

Cossack squat to half straddle (hip internal rotation).
Cossack squats work on adductors and abductors.
They’re great for working hip mobility especially as a warm up for squats.
Adding the hip internal rotation works on a greater range of motion of the hip joint improving hip mobility.
